This is NOT a full-time coop – it purely provides your flock access to fresh pasture daily while protecting them from predators and the elements with the included tarp! Moving it to a new spot every day is easy: it weighs just 30 pounds.
The Happy Chicken Tractor is covered with a heavy, non-conductive commercial-grade aquaculture netting that will protect your birds from predators and keep your flock together during the day. At night we recommend bringing your flock back to their coop. For areas with heavy predator problems, we suggest electrifying the netting with a fence charger.
Don't forget to provide a feeder, waterer and nesting box!
