Mystery Chick from Our Feather-Legged Bantam Assortment

Ordered 8 and lost all in less than 48 hours. I’m not new to chicks! Devastating!

All died but two I believe the weather conditions were too cold it was in the 30s

All girls arrived safe and sound and healthy. Off to a great healthy happy life. Thanks for great customer service 😊

Not sure if this is MPC being really generous or a happy acciddnt, but I ordered 6 chicks from this assortment plus 4 other chicks of various breeds. I was quite suprised when I counted my new peeping cuties and counted 14 total instead of 10. Looks like I got 10 chicks from this assortment instead of 6. Definitely not complaining though, I have a large backyard with plenty of space for my suprise chicks. They all arrived healthy and thriving and they are so tiny compared to the full size chicks. Our family is so excited to watch them grow. I can't tell 100% which ones I got but I suspect. 4 mottled cochins 2 porcelains 1 millie fleur 3 buff brama Thank you MPC!

I ordered 4 of the feather legged assortment. I kept 2 and gave 2 to my best friend. Her 2 were a black cochin and black frizzle cochin. They are so cute together!!! Mine turned out to be a buff brahma bantam and a mottled cochin. The mottled cochin, Ms. Pibb, is emerging as a favorite of my flock. She was the CUTEST baby. She is incredibly sweet and curious, and follows me EVERYWHERE trying to get picked up and petted. The buff brahma bantam, BB-Egg, is very skittish still, but she watches intently as Ms. Pibb comes up to me. They are very close so I'm hoping she will learn.

We ordered 15 chicks October 2019, they all arrived alive and seemingly well! We did lose two the first few days, most likely due to transport, but the other 13 are thriving! You can tell mypetchicken cares because they followed up to see how my chicks were when I emailed them telling them the two were sick. Out of the 13, we ordered 3 feathered legged bantams, al three were different breeds (buff Brahma bantam, mille fleur d'uccle, and we think a rare frizzled mottled cochin bantam (mypetchicken is helping us figure it out!). The mille fleur was one of the sick two, but the other two are thriving! They are so funny, especially little lucy (cochin). They're so much fun and we can't wait to order more!

I ordered 5 of these hoping to have a shot at getting a silkie when they where sold out but it didn't happen for me but I'm not disappointed one bit. I ended up getting one Porcelain d'Uccle, one Mottled Cochin, One Mille Fleur and one Black Frizzle Cochin that did end up being a frizzle, each has a sweet personality and loves attention. Sadly our last chick died shortly after shipping but the staff at MPC was compassionate in handling our loss. All of our remaining chicks are doing amazing at 7 weeks. I would highly recommend this assortment to anyone who has an open mind about what kind of chickens they get. I ordered all girls and so far so good, I'm keeping my fingers crossed but I will update if anything changes.

I received 4 of these bantams on Wednesday. I got 1 white silkie, I think 2 mottled cochin, and probably a buff brahmas. We'll see as for my guesses. The siilkie wasn't feeling too good so I gave them all electrotyes in their water. That didn't work so I gave her some molasses in water, still she wasn't pulling out of it so I mixed some egg yolk in water and syringe feed her all night and then my husband took over. Around 11 am today she was running around with the other chicks so I was quite relieved. I probably should have cooked the egg yolk first and then smashed up with water but so far it's worked and next time I'll cook it first. Very happy with all my darling chicks.

I ordered 4 chicks. Straight run. They all turned out to be silkies. Couldn't be more pleased. Will be a repeat customer. Will be recommending

I ordered 8 mixed breeds and got a variety of Brahma and Cochin bantams. They were all healthy and very sweet!

I was hoping for at least one silkie for my daughter. I got none and out of 5 (because I ordered other chicks) I got 3 of the same type of which breed I was not really excited about. I am aware that is one of the risks you take, but it was a bummer to see the disappointment on my daughter 's face. Out of the lot we did get one adorable black Cochin banty who incubated and hatched some Australorp!
