my girls Emma, Adelaide, Phoebe, and Violet love free ranging in the backyard. So much so - that when it is time to get back into the coop - they resist. Until - i pull out the happy hen mealworms. They come running. I couldn't manage without them. Dabney from Greensboro, NC

These meal worms are an easy treat to scatter for my chickens and they love them. They are also a good way to ensure that young chickens get the extra protein they need. Need to be more sparing in their use with older birds, however.
